Floor collapses w/ 15 people on it- who pays?

A few weeks ago during a party my living room floor collasped. Repair is going to be $2200. During party, 15 people were on it. 25 or so may have been on it on previous occasions, but would be difficult to prove. Structural engineers report cites a 55% weight overload on the 2 x 9 5/8s. What would a judge say? For local attorneys to talk to for about an hour, how much are your rates?
