Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia

Landlord (Me) lives in Virginia. Tenants in (GA) mailed me a bad check have not made good on the check and have since moved out. Can I take a warrant out for their arrest? I live in Fauquier County, VA and property is in Gwinnett County, GA. Rent check 2500.00.

You could go to your local magistrate's office to determine

whether s/he might be willing to issue a warrant based upon this set of

facts, but you may have to pursue the matter either

criminally and/or civilly down in the state of Georgia.
