Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia

Hi. I live and own a rental house in VA. My tenants are about 7K in the rear of rental payment, without late fees, and have not paid anything in the past 2 month. I've been out of state and/or country and have not been able to file legal eviction. I send them an email on March 1st 2017 to end the month-to-month rental agreement we have. On March 20th they filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy. Question is: how can I evict them? And is there a way of ever getting paid the past due rent?

Thanks you. Gisela Padmali
