Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia
I am in the process of closing on a house. I am awaiting down payment assistance, I was told that it would take 30 working days to receive the funds. If it goes passes the 30 days due to the county being neglectful in releasing the funds. Do I have the right to sue?

One virtually always has a right to sue. However, suing and having a chance to
win is quite another matter. I do not see the latter as applying in your case.
