Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Virginia

quid pro quo sexual harassment

Employer sexual harassment started about 5 years ago and continued on until I told my husband in april of this year. what are my legal rights as an employee and what are my options?

In order to provide you with accurate advice, I would need more information. Did you report the harassment to someone higher in the chain of command? Did it stop once it was reported? Did it continue after it was reported? The law requires that the employer must have an opportunity to stop the harassment.
