Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
My husband has a two year old reckless driving ticket 20 miles over speed limit he mailed in the payment not knowing it would affect him getting a job. Is there any way to get it reduced to a lesser charge even though it is old?

No, not at this point (in my opinion).By paying the ticket, he in
effect pled himself guilty to a criminal misdemenaor offense which
cannot now be expunged.or reduced to a lesser charge.
