Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
As we're making the left turn from the stop light, I rear-ended the car in front which suddenly stopped.
The driver claimed there was some police officers re-directing traffics, but there were NO police re-directing traffics on our traveling lanes. Was I at fault? Thanks
