Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
Can I get old suspension time reduced after paying my fine? My charges were from '03 and Id like to pay the fine and obtain a licence but apparently the time don't start til my fine is paid.

So, why not pay the fine and then write a letter to the court asking that whatever
time remains on your suspended license time be either reduced or counted
as time already served?
