Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia

I got a ticket 92/70 on 1-64. I have got another ticket in 2009 it got dropped down to a moving violation. It was at 7 55 in the morning and I was on way to work at the General Assembly. I am a student at UVA and I am very worried I am going to be facing jail time or community service. I would rarther pay the biggest fine in the world then have something like this on my record what should I do?

Hire a competent criminal defense counsel to represent you who practices in the traffic court in which you've been charged. Assuming you've been charged

with reckless driving (a criminal misdemeanor), in some jurisdictions, anyone

convicted of going 90+ mph goes to jail--even if a first time offender.
