I recently found out i have a speeding ticket in my name. My sister has used my name to get a receckless driving ticket. I went to court hoping for it to be dismissed and now they have continued it. The cop is telling me if i don't tell hime were she is i will get all the charges, even though he says he has never sen me before. I have told him what i know about my sister. He insists i am hiding something, even though it was me who contacted him about this problem. How can he say he knows i am not the person and still charge me, Do i have to call him back before my next trial what are my rights

No, you don't need to tell this cop anything more regarding your sister, but you should write a letter to the local prosecutor's office explaining that you were not the person operating the vehicle when the speeding charge was incurred, that it was your sister, and that the ticketing officer(name)is fully aware of this very important fact.

Then bring a copy of this letter to traffic court on the date scheduled for your next hearing on the matter and see the prosecutor assigned to handle your case before it is called.
