estate question

my brothr an i live in a house left to 5 other siblings. my sis is the administrator. there are about 6000 dollars in leins in which we are payin off. the commisioner of accounts in our county gave us an extention of time to settle the debts before the house wud be sold by the courts. now my sis says she is going tomorrow to ask the attorney to petition the court to sell the house anyway. she has handled her duties terribly. can we get her ousted from administrator an if so how expensive an what papers wud we need to file...thanks

You and the other beneficiaries of the estate could jointly write a letter to the Commissioner of Accounts detailing the inept performance of your sister as administrator and the specific reasons as to why you all believe that she should be replaced(presumably by one of you). (Attach documentary proof where possible to buttress your claims.)
