House left in will

Just to explain further about the living area of my mother who just passed.She actually still lived in Va.where the house is located.She was staying with me just for some time.Her residency was still in Va.Her passing was in Fl.

You may have to do a probate in both states.

Real estate always needs to be probated in the Stae where it is located. The will might also need to be probated in Florida.
