Inheritance?
My husband and 2 sisters were left a home and 8 acres in their great-aunts will, in the will it states 1/3 each, each have the option to have 2 acres and 2 acres be left with the house, they will loose 1/4 of their 1/3 interest in the home/2 acres IF the decide to get their 2 acres...2 want to sell the house/2 acres and their 2 acres what happens because the one doesnt want to sell any of it she wants to now move in and live in it?

The ones who want to sell can file a suit to partition the property in the local circuit court and, if such partition is found not to be feasible by the court, then a sale of the property can be ordered in lieu thereof with the appropriate division of the sale proceeds among the entitled heirs.
