Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Virginia
My mother recently passed away and her will dated about 8 months previous, has a neighbor as executor of her estate. This person also witnessed the will and is a benificiary of part of the estate. Two of the children are named in the will and two are predeceased, in language only. Is this a valid will in Virginia?

Have a Virginia attorney who handles probate matters review this will and the
relevant facts surrounding its execution in order to advise you as to its
validity.
