Power of Attorney
My mother has been ill and now she is in a nursing home as a result. My mother's brother has gotten POA and I am the only child which I did not know and my mother has no knowledge. What are my rights when I was my mothers care taker etc.

If your mother's brother currently has a valid POA, then he would be legally empowered to decide all relevant issues concerning your mother's care and you would have virtually no rights concerning such matters.
