if i have power of attorney, can i transfer their house over to my name? it will already be left to me in their will.

No. Period. That would be a breach of your fiduciary duty to your principal; it would foreclose the principal's right to change the beneficiary designation in the will. It would also be using your position as attorney-in-fact to benefit yourself.
