Resign as Executor
How do I petition the court of Virginia Beach to resign as an out-of-state executor of my father's estate and assign my Resident Agent as executor? Thank you.

You could write the clerk of the Virginia Beach Probate Court and explain what you wish to do and provide the name and address of the person whom you would like the court to appoint as the successor executor for your father's estate.
