once a will has been signed by the excectors and record in clerks office , what the will said was suppose to have been done , correct ?

No, once the executor(s) have been approved by the court, an estate opened in behalf of the decedent, and his or her will admitted into probate, the executor(s) may take up to 14 months or so to administer the decedent's estate under the terms of the will.
