Refund from creditors after filing
We continued to pay a debt listed on our bankrupcy after chapter 7 discharge without a reaffirmation agreement. Can we get that money refunded to us? Is there a time limit for a refund? How do we get one if we are entitled to one?

As a practical matter I think it would be very difficult to "get a refund" ... how much is at stake? was there any deception on the part of the creditor? why did you continue to pay? did you get any benefit from the continued payments? - get any additional credit extended to you? I would expect at a minimum you would need an order from the bankruptcy judge who handled your case to direct the repayment, which would involve additional attorney's fees ...
