Do past traffic tickets which are keeping me from getting my drivers licsense back dismissed in a bankruptcy,...
and if so what chapter would that be under?.

generally, traffic tickets are non-dischargeable under a chapter 7, so must address in a chapter 13 ... filed through my office can usually get license release within days ... let me know if I can help,
