Legal Question in Business Law in Washington
Civil Litigation
If two people are named on a complaint but only one of them was involved in the business transaction, do both have to show up to trial? Only the one person is named as a witness. The other person has no specific knowledge of the transaction and the plaintiff claims to have never met the other person. The other person was not asked any interrogatories or deposition or discovery.
