I am filing in small claims court for money owed to me for a horse. What should i include in the cover letter?

As a Franchise Attorney I don't know what you mean by "cover letter." Small claims court has advisers that will help you fill out the necessary forms. They should be able to answer your questions after you explain all the facts relevant to your case. Or, consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
