i have a 16 year old brother and a 40 year old dad, my dad has been working for one profession his whole life, hes been working for his company called PSI for like 4 years now, when my older brother turned 17 he started to look for a job, there was an opening in my dad company so my brother was informed and got interviewed and got the job, after he got the job he work for the past 5 months, he just came in today and told me that he was fired for being the vice presidents son, my dad the vice president of the company and my brother is that son! is it legal to do that! and if so how can i work around that!

Many companies have policies not to hire family members to work in the same location or department, or in supervisory situations over family members because of the possibility of looking the other way when trouble comes, being biased in assessments of family, or favoritism in hiring, etc.
I'd have to know more about the situation, but like I said, this is common, and so far, I do not see anything wrong with the situation, at least, legally speaking.
