Can I offer a "one free drink per person" at my bar or restaurant?

As a Franchise Attorney I don't see why not. You should check with your local Alcohol Beverage Control agency that issued your permit to confirm. And, of course, any person you serve alcohol to must be of legal age. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
