The answer is somewhere between maybe and probably. How can anyone be expected to answer this? What I can say is that is is standard procedure in collection actions to add the costs of collections for what is being sought.

If you received an infraction for your business you should have addressed it either by paying or contesting, but it is impossible to know here. You'll want to really review your business protocols and policies to ensure other infractions aren't imposed. Know that when an inspector or other enforcement official begins to think a business simply ignores rules (say by ignoring an infraction fine) the odds of repeat inspections skyrockets.
