Legal Question in Business Law in Washington

I am starting an internet business for members to register with so they can buy and sell items. I will only be a host, not buying or selling myself. Members will be from all over the world, so revenue will not be coming in from just one state.

My business is going to be run from my home in Washington state and I want to form an LLC in Nevada state. What are the advantages, and would I be required to file my taxes in WA.?

What is the best way to go about this?

As a Franchise Attorney I can say this. Setting up LLC's in states like Nevada don't escape your local state taxes. You really need to run this entire idea by a CPA. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
