My spouse is running his Towing business as a sole proprietorship with no insurance. Being married to him, how can I legally protect myself from any business liability that he may incur?

Re: Towing Business Insurance
You should quit claim any interest in the business to him, and/or draft a seperate property agreement. This will absolve you of any liability. Nonetheless, your husband should not be operating his business without insurance as the costs in case of negligence could be substantial to him and/or you.
