Legal Question in Business Law in Washington
I wrote a contract up for someone who has my dog. In the contract it stated that after 6 months or after the dog has 1 litter of puppies which ever came first I would get the dog back it has been 1 year and 2 litters of puppies and I still dont have the dog what can I do

If your contract says what you indicate, then this represents a breach by the breeder who has your dog, and you ought to sue in small claims court to retrieve the dog, plus the second litter of puppies, since were not agreed to. You may want to contact an attorney who deals in animal law specifically to double check on my suggestion.
