Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Washington
I am pregnant. My boyfriend and I are on a rental lease agreement for a house. He will not pay rent. He basically is not in the house. He breaks in once in awhile and says I cannot move anyone in to help me. What are my rights on getting him off the lease?

Since your boyfriend will not pay rent, your best bet is to obtain either an anti-harassment restraining order against him or a domestic violence protection order if you are threatened by him when he "breaks in," as you say. Depending on the circumstances of the break ins, it seems to me that a domestic violence protection order is more proper, but for the sake of keeping him out and allowing you to complete out the lease, this is your best bet. If the boyfriend shows up, you just call the cops and they arrest him, even if he leaves by the time they get there.
