Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Washington

un-insured

i was in an accident in washington state with no insurance. The insurance company of the other vehicle threatened to take my license if I don't pay for the damages. I have already gone to court for accident, and the state did not take my license. I contacted the DMV and they stated only the state can revoke a license. What to I do about the insurance company.

You and DMV are correct (only the state can suspend or revoke your driver's license). The insurance company could contact the DMV and ask them to do something about your license. You may want to read precisely what the insurance company wrote on that subject.
