bought a 1976 trans am out of state, got screwed.!!
was watching a 1976 trans am on ebay. the seller stated that the car was in mint cond. and that it was close to SHOW ROOM CONDITION,as she stated.the car was in kent washington, and i live in brighton mich.the auction ended with a person buying it for 16000.00. i emailed her back and told her if somthing happens call me,well she did the guy couldent come up with the money so i offered her 16000.00 and she pay half the shipping charges. agreed.so i get the car home and Im shocked and p.o.!! the interior of the car was a reck,too sum it up,the car was not mint,nor was it ecx. it was good. I told here i was not happy and that i wanted at least 2000.00 refunded back to me and she refuses,she never once told me i was buying it as-is. do i have any recourse.?

I think the first step you need to take is go through EBAY to initially try to resolve this dispute. If that doesn't amount to anything, then consult an attorney. IF you can, print out the ebay ad, and have an attorney review it for you, to see if you have any ground to stand on.
