I lost my case in arbratration, It goes to the judge tomorrow, do I need to be in court?

If you have a lawyer you do not need to be there, your lawyer will go for you.
If you don't have a lawyer you will find out what happens sooner if you show up. Hope this helps. Elizabeth Powell
