bank holding my money after unautherized withdrawal

i have complied with reporting requirments but they will not return my money to me. how do i get my money?

I would have a face to face conference with the branch manager, if that did not produce some specific relief, or a clear path for you to follow to retrieve your funds, I would promptly seek the advice of litigation counsel to file a lawsuit on your behalf against the bank for conversion of your funds.
