Legal Question in Criminal Law in Washington
I was put on a defered sentence for an assault case and I missed a court date for another case that has to do with criminal trespassing, does missing a court date break the rules of my deferred sentence?

Well, the fact that you are charged with trespassing seems like the larger problem.
But to answer your question, no - missing a court date doesn't automatically raise a problem with a deferred sentence. However, there are several ways to 'defer' sentencing, and they all have different rules associated with them. To really answer your question, a lawyer would need to review the documents associated with the deferral, and see what conditions applied.
