how can i get transcripts of a trial that happen over 15yrs ago

With great difficulty and expense. Call the court reporter that did the transcript. You'll get her name from the court file.

Through the office of the Court Reporter. You will most likely get the standard boilerplate answer that the records have been destroyed after 10 years which might not necessarily be true. You will know for sure only if you confirm with the actual reporter who, for example, might still have the notes from which transcript might be created.
