Last week my ex girlfriend keyed my truck from front to rear. Last night she sprayed something on my door lock and it ate the paint around it can I get her arrested

Property damage is a crime, called Malicious Mischief in Washington. If the person committing the crime is or was in a dating relationship with the victim, it then becomes a crime of domestic violence.

If you have reason to believe you were the victim of such a crime, then you can certainly call the police and make a report. That does not mean she will be arrested, but charges might be brought against her which would help you with getting restitution for your damages.
