2 names at marriage

My ex- spouse had married me under a given name and we've been seperated for 10 years and i live in a different country then him, can i get an annulment based on this information?

Probably not. You can get a divorce if the marriage is irretrievably broken, though (and if you are in CA or WA). There are some states where you have to plead grounds.

Your name - or his - has nothing to do with whether or not your marriage can be annulled, and the same for your long separation.

After ten years, a dissolution is the way to end this. Hope this helps.
