this is a case of my son and his 3yrs old child, not marry to the mother
what should i do to help my son win any case with his child that his taking care right now, the girl is 3yrs old now, my son is not marry to the mother of this child, and this mother has 2 other kids from another man, the man has the 2 boys in Idiho, my son child is the third child from this woman, she has the four child from another man, and she wants her child back from my son what should i do to help my son in this case ?

For purposes of this response, I am going to assume that your son is over 18 years old. That said, the best thing you can do is make sure your son hires an attorney who has experience in custody cases, and if he needs help paying for the attorney, at least loan him the money to cover legal fees if you can do so.
After that, it is up to your son and his attorney. I get this all the time, where concerned grandparents are worried that their child is going to mess up the case with the grandchild's custody.
For what it's worth, from what you've said, your son appears to have had custody of the child for some time, so the good news is that unless there is good reason to change the primary residence of the child, the court will not do it.
