Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

Is my CR2A legally signed and enforcable? There are 4 versions of it floating around between the two lawyers' offices. On 3 of the copies, one party has signed but not the other. On the fourth, both have signed, but changes were handwritten in after the first party signed. One party has signed and initaled the changes, the other party signed but has not initialed the changes the were made after he signed. Do we have a legally signed document or not?

This situation sounds a little messy. The copies are unenforceable. The original is the one that counts, especially since it is also the only one with everyone's signatures on it. The changes made need to be initialed by both parties or their representatives, otherwise, those changes are not enforceable, but the other parts are enforceable.

You should have the lawyers get together and sort this out.
