divorce from an illegal immigrant
my divorce has been filed and i am worried about a few things such as custody. i am currently pregnant with our second child. concerns about him using our childs ssn, paying child support, his status and whether that affects him getting custody. i have a restraining order against him, so also does that affect anything, good or bad, and i recently moved, not out of state though, to spokane washington and looking for a really good lawyer. i have many questions...please help!!

You mentioned that the divorce has already been filed, but that you are looking for a lawyer. I presume that means your husband filed, but in either case, I agree with you, that you need a lawyer.
