At separation, my ex-husband and I separated our property. I moved out of state with our two children, leaving the larger things behind to be stored by my ex until I either moved back or paid to get it shipped to me.
When I did move back I asked for my belongings, he claimed to have sold everything. The most valuable items being my washer and dryer - very expensive set purchased brand new in 2004.
In our divorce papers, we decided he would give me our old 56 in sony tv to reimburse me for the washer and dryer. Just one week after the divorce is final, I find out he still has my washer and dryer - and possibly everything else of mine he claimed to have sold.
What can I do?

You file a motion to amend the decree to award you the washer and dreyer and allow you to keep the TV on the basis that your ex knowingly or fraudulently concealed assets that were in his possession.
That's the simple way of putting it. I would suggest that you hire counsel, but the problem is that unless they do it pro bono or at a super low cost, you will spend more on legal fees than just buying a new washer and dryer. Doing it yourself can be difficult as well. Sorry, no good answers here on how to practically get this done.
