can i get a divorce with out the signature of my spouse

Yes. If you file and have your spouse personally served the summons and petition for dissolution of marriage, then whether your spouses wants to participate is irrelevant, and you can move forward without their signature and possibly enter a dissolution of marriage by default if your spouse does not file a response to the petition for dissolution of marriage.
