Assuming that you are under 18, try to contact Child Protective Services at 1-800-422-7517 during business hours, or after Hours at 1-800-562-5624 . Tell them what is happening, and they will send someone out to investigate and if they find your case has merit, they will remove you from your aunt's home, and if they consider your mother able to do so, they may place you with her.

If your mother, father, grandparents, or other relatives are unable, unwilling, or unfit (as defined by CPS) to take care of you, then CPS will have to put you in foster care. That can be scary, because there are lots of horror stories about foster care. Still, if you are abused, you need to get help, and you need to get out of your current situation.
