I FILED A MOTION FOR SUPPORT AND HE REPONSED 1 DAY LET. HIS LAWYER SAID I CAN NOT DO DEFAULT BECAUSE I DIDN'T GAVE THEM ALL THE PAPERS BUT I DID. CAN I DO MOTION FOR DEFAULT?

Please unlock your cap lock, this is like being shouted at.
Your job is to follow the parenting plan. You cannot make him follow it, but you have to try. You can have a witness write a declaration that you have tried to make sure the children see their father, but he's refusing to comply. You could ask the court to find him in contempt for failing to follow the plan. Keeping a calendar helps. Courts appreciate seeing documentation developed over time regarding visitation - with your sworn statement that it is a record of what happened.
If he is abusive to the kids you need to get a Guardian ad Litem and make sure that person gets to talk to the kids about how he's behaving.
There is a Volunteer Legal Services pro Se family law clinic in Tacoma run by the Bar. If you use Google you will find more information.
Defaults in family law are pointless. If what you are asking for is a support mod., go to the clinic and be sure you are doing it correctly and get some help running the calculations. Its just on the commissioner's calendar. The clinic can explain how to be sure you are proceeding correctly.
Hope this helps. Powell
