Washington is a "no-fault" state meaning that we do not consider custody or financial orders as a result of who may or may not be at fault for the divorce.

The court will determine custody arrangements for your children based on factors having more to do with each parent's relationship with the child, the environment of each parent's home, which parent has historically provided more of the day-to-day parenting, and things along that line, while ignoring the reasons for the divorce itself, unless they have to do with domestic violence, neglect, or child abuse.
