can i have my hearing in a different county other that the one that i live in due to the fact that the other party father is the sheriff

Yes, if a judge will order it. You would need to make a motion and support it with evidence, not merely that the other party is the sheriff, but that it would result in prejudice.
In short, you can try, but I don't think you'll win. The reason is that you would need to demonstrate a connection between the fact that that other party's father is the sheriff and that this would somehow prevent the judge or other judicial officers in the county where the case would normally be heard, such that the judge or court commissioners could not render unbiased opinions.
I just don't see that happening, particularly if you are in a big county like King, Pierce, or Snohomish. In smaller counties, I think if you have the facts on your side, it is more likely that you can make out a case.
