Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

My husband refuses to bring back either vehicles that he has taken. he is on the trucks title with me because he was a cosigner but I was listed as the primary. What can I do to get the truck back? He is threatening to put it in storage, leaving me without a vehicle, when he redeploys.

You can either sue your husband and ask for an injunction to force him to return the truck to you, which will be tedious, or face reality that if this is what your marriage has come to, perhaps it is time to file for dissolution of your marriage, and in that context, get him served now, BEFORE he redeploys, and then much more quickly obtain temporary orders that award the truck to you, as well as deal with all other financial issues between you, and if you have kids, set up a child support payment and custody orders.
