Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

Is it legal for a guy who is 20 to sleep with his girlfriend who is 18, they both have concented to haveing sex, but her parents wont alow it, the 18 year old also has a 1 year old doughter? The 20 year old is planing on marring the 18 and later adupting her daughter. the guy who got the 18 year old girl pregnat, she was 17 and he was 20, and now he wants nothing to do with her or the child thats why the 20 year old whos currently seeing the 18 year old wants to adopt the daughter.
