Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

I got married in vegas before I sex with husband and we never made it home before we broke up. Haven't se en or heard from him at all. We never consimated our marriage either. Can I get an annulment even if I have no idea how to contact him or where he is.

Go get a copy of your marriage license application in Nevada. That should list his address and personal identifiers. From there, you will file for a petition regarding the validity of your marriage. This is Washington legal speak for an annulment. We just use a different term for it. If the Court does not grant the petition and issue a decree that the marriage is invalid, then it will issue a decree of dissolution. Either way, the marriage ends and you move on with your life.
