Legal Question in Family Law in Washington
My mother has custody of my children in a dependency case. She is abusing my 12 year old boy and he wants to came live with me. How, where do i start, what actions do i have to take to get my child out of the abusive situation I am on SSA and don't have the money to pay out but i really need some kind of help. I at a loss.

What you are asking for really requires professional help, or at least more help than I can give in this forum. I suggest that you get on Yahoo! or Google and start looking up the Northwest Justice Project or the Washington State Bar Association to find information on resources that can give you free legal advice, or at least at a greatly reduced cost that you may be able to afford. You can also try your local county superior court to see if they have a family law facilitator's office, where someone can sit down with you and go over your case in detail and at the very least, point you in the right direction.
